Former police chief: The assassination scheme on Justice Kavanaugh is squarely on Schumer, Democrats

“ I want to tell you Kavanaugh…I want to tell you Gorsuch…You have unleashed a whirlwind and you will pay the price! You won’t know what hit you if you go forward with these awful decisions”- Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY), threatening two Supreme Court Justices, faced no punishment from the United States Senate.

A few weeks ago, when in an unprecedented leak it was revealed the Supreme Court was about to overturn Roe v. Wade, which of course set the lunatic left into a frenzy.
Despite federal laws prohibiting it, pro-abortion protesters took to an intimidation campaign, picketing in front of the homes of conservative Supreme Court Justices Brett Kavanaugh, Neil Gorsuch, Clarence Thomas, Amy Coney Barrett, and Samuel Alito. And all we heard from Attorney General Merrick Garland’s (in)Justice Department was crickets.
Despite the dangerous, violent rhetoric coming from the unhinged pro-abortion faction of the Democratic party, neither Garland, Kamala Harris, nor Joe Biden spoke out against the intimidation campaign.
Instead, the White House came out in support of the protests, claiming “emotions were high.” That should have been the first sign that this might not end well.
This week, an unhinged leftist lunatic came 3,000 miles across the country to the Maryland home of Justice Kavanaugh, armed to the teeth, with the intent to assassinate Kavanaugh and likely murder his wife and two young daughters.
Thankfully, US Marshals were assigned to protect Justice Kavanaugh and the plot unraveled. Yet despite the fact someone took decisive steps to carry out an assassination plot against a sitting Supreme Court Justice, neither Joe Biden nor Kamala Harris took the time to issue a state in condemnation of the mania.
In the case of Biden, he was too busy getting his ass kissed by late night idiot Jimmy Kimmel.
And what of the media? Well the New York Times buried the story somewhere on page 28 or so, while USA Today didn’t even bother to mention it at all. Both however ran breathless stories about the January 6 inquisition committee’s prime time spectacular set to air on Thursday night.
One person who did address Schumer’s threats in 2020 was Sen. Ted Cruz (D-TX), who when asked if Schumer’s remarks back then were appropriate, Cruz called them “wrong” and “dangerous,” CNS News reported.
Cruz continued that former White House propagandist Jen Psaki’s refusal in May to condemn those protesting at justice’s homes was in fact giving people encouragement to commit crimes against the justices. In fact, Psaki took the step of actually encouraging the protests and by extension the commission of a federal crime. Cruz said that “violence and threats of violence that result was foreseeable and is a direct consequence of their extreme rhetoric.”
Thursday, after the unhinged madman was caught in the throes of a possible attempt on Kavanaugh’s life, Cruz was asked about Schumer’s 2020 comments, and whether it was an appropriate series of comments for a Senate leader.
“Of course not, it was directly threatening justices of the Supreme Court,” said Cruz. “It was bullying, and that kind of incendiary rhetoric encouraged the angry protests at the justices’ homes and this deranged lunatic who was arrested this week for attempted murder.”
“Senator Schumer and President Biden both encouraged the extremes in their party to target, politicize, bully, threaten, and intimidate the Supreme Court, and it’s profoundly wrong and it’s dangerous,” Cruz assailed.
Cruz was then asked to draw a comparison between the January 6 “worst insurrection in history” and the protests at homes of Supreme Court justices.
It should be noted that while some January 6 protesters who merely paraded or trespassed on the Capitol grounds have been locked up for seventeen months pre-trial, nobody who likewise violated federal law in intimidating the justices have been charged with anything. In other words, as we have seen ad nauseum, there are two tiers of justice in the Biden Justice Department.
“I certainly have called for it multiple times and will continue to do so,” Cruz answered. “Jen Psaki at the White House podium, when asked if she would condemn the threatening protesters at the homes of Supreme Court justices, refused to do so and, in fact, affirmatively encouraged them to continue protesting their homes.”
Cruz continued, “That is a federal crime to protest at the home of a judge while a judge is considering a case—is a federal crime,” said Cruz. “It’s the first time I’m aware of in U.S. history that a White House has affirmatively urged people to commit a criminal offense, and the violence and threats of violence that result was foreseeable and is a direct consequence of their extreme rhetoric.”
In response to Schumer’s unhinged 2020 rant, Chief Justice John Roberts issued a rare rebuke of Schumer, doing so by name, writing, “threatening statements of this sort from the highest levels of government are not only inappropriate, they are dangerous.”
In response to the leaked draft of Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization, Psaki responded to questions about the pro-abortion protests taking place in violation of federal law.
“The president’s longstanding view has been that violent threats and intimidation of any kind have no place in political discourse,” Peppermint Patti said. “And we believe, of course, in peaceful protests. We certainly continue to encourage that outside of judges’ homes and that’s the president’s position.”

Early Wednesday, the would-be assassin, Nicholas Roske of Simi Valley, California, was arrested outside of Kavanaugh’s home in possession of a Glock 17 handgun, a knife, pepper spray, a screwdriver, zip ties and other gear.
The man, a clear leftist told investigators he was upset over the Dobbs leak as well as the elementary school shooting last month in Uvalde, Texas. Roske said he purchased the handgun for the express purpose of killing Kavanaugh.
Biden and Psaki of course weren’t the only ones to encourage violence, as follows:

Meanwhile, after the murder threat against Kavanaugh was revealed, some Senators demanded Schumer recant his prior statements.
“We have a Senate right now that has a majority leader who stood on the steps of the Supreme Court two years ago,” Sen. Ben Sasse (R-NE) said, “shrieking like a lunatic threats at Justice Kavanaugh,” in a statement to the Washington Examiner.
“This is the majority leader of the supposed most deliberative body,” Sasse continued. “I think that Chuck Schumer has an obligation to denounce this. If he doesn’t have the balls, he has no business being Senate majority leader,” Sasse said.
In 2020, Schumer made the absurd claim that he was talking about political repercussions rather than political ones, however since Supreme Court justices serve lifetime appointments, that makes zero sense. Schumer claimed he should have chosen his words more carefully, which means he knows that his claims are a load of BS.
