Sharon Osbourne fired back at Joy Behar calling ‘The View’ host a bit crazy. Behar is famous for being an arrogant snob who is occasionally funny but who never misses a chance to take a swipe at Republicans.
Today on The View, Behar took some swipes at Florida Governor Ron Desantis for the cardinal sin of getting along with President Joe Biden as they work on the hurricane slamming Florida.
“According to NPR, Florida’s climate challenges are among the biggest in the country. Hurricanes intensified by climate change, rising sea level, extreme heat and drought, and this one is the worst one, health threats from mosquito-born diseases,” Joe said. “This is the quote from Governor DeSantis about climate change, quote — ‘I am not in the pews of the church of the global warming leftists.’
“This is what he thinks about climate change,” Behar added.
“Isn’t it socialism when the government helps you?” Behar said. “The fire department’s gotta come, and the police. I mean, socialism.”
Just petty nonsense from Joy and the gang but that pales in comparison to how petty and nasty Joy was with Sharon Osbourne back in the day.
Sharon has a new show on Fox Nation where she settles some scores over getting fired from her job at ‘The Talk.’ Sharon defended Piers Morgan after Morgan dared question Meghan Markle. Sharon was fired from the TV show after a woke backlash.
“I met Joy once at a social function and she picked up my hand and looked at my wedding ring and said, ‘Oh, my God that’s gaudy.’
“I wanted to say, ‘Jealous,’ but I didn’t, I held it back.
“I just think that she’s a bit cray-cray.”
She said of losing her job for defending her friend:
“I don’t regret it at all. Piers is not a racist, never has said anything racist, never written anything that you could consider racist. It’s not in him, and I’ve known him for 30 years.”
“I honestly think that CBS, because the world loved the interview, and it was Piers Morgan who said, ‘Hold on here, there are 17 lies that’s been told – it’s one-sided.’
“I didn’t agree with everything Piers said, but I still agreed he had the right to say whatever he wanted.
“I know myself that if Jack had taken this project anywhere else, they wouldn’t have taken it because people were very afraid to deal with somebody that’s been canceled.
“They are very afraid.
“Everybody walks on eggshell, everybody wants to be politically correct.
“Fox said, ‘We have no problem.’
“I have nothing against anyone except CBS.
“I wouldn’t trust CBS as far as I could throw them.
According to Fox News:
“Morgan didn’t believe Markle’s suicide or racism claims in her Oprah Winfrey interview, and Osbourne defended him, but she was promptly accused of “giving validation or safe haven to something that he has uttered that is racist” by co-host Sheryl Underwood.”
